Al Michaels will NOT go to jail in his DUI case … DO YOU BELIEVE IN MIRACLES?!?!?
KIDDING!!!! He was never in any real danger of going to the slammer (’cause it was his first DUI) … but he did strike a plea deal and will be on probation for the next 24 months.
As we reported, Michaels was popped on April 19th after making an illegal U-turn in front of a DUI checkpoint in L.A. He was subsequently charged with two counts of DUI.
Al just struck a deal with prosecutors — agreeing to plead no contest to reckless driving — (a lesser charge) … he was sentenced to 80 hours of community service and placed on probation.
Now GO OUT THERE AND CALL SOME PRESEASON FOOTBALL GAMES!!!!!!
