Olympic skiing champ Bode Miller has emerged victorious in his bitter custody war with baby mama Sara McKenna … hollywoodinsight.com has learned a judge just ordered Sara to let Bode see his kid.
hollywoodinsight.com broke the story … Bode’s been battling McKenna since filing a paternity suit demanding shared custody of their one-month-old son. McKenna has claimed Bode’s a terrible dad … who asked her to abort the child.
Bode insisted he has a good track record as a dad … citing his relationship with another child, from a previous relationship.
The judge apparently agreed … ordering McKenna and the baby to leave New York … and return to San Diego, where Bode lives.
The child will remain primarily in Sara’s custody — Bode will get visitation — but when the child turns 2, Bode will get a 50/50 custody split.
And how’s this for a slap in the face … the judge ordered the child’s last name be changed from McKenna to Miller. Calls to Sara weren’t returned.
